If your contact details have changed, it's important to keep them up to date so we can reach you about your policy and send you any important documents.

How to request a change

To update your contact details, please send an email to [e-mail] with the following information:

• Your full name
• Your policy reference number
• The details you'd like to update (e.g. email address, phone number, postal address)
• Your new contact details

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we'll update your details and confirm the change by email.
